Young Carers Project Worker
We are seeking a motivated, fun loving and resilient Project Worker with experience of working with young people to support the delivery of weekly young carers groups, activities and residential trips.
Hours: 15 per week
Salary £10.52 per hour
The post holder will support young carers, aged 5 -18, who provide regular care and support for a family member with physical illness, disability, mental health condition, learning disability or substance misuse.
The role is key to making the young carers feel recognised, supported and valued and to give them the opportunity to have time away from their caring role whilst having fun and building resilience, confidence and self esteem.
