Potential for One Full Time (37hr/wk) Post

Young Carers Group Coordinator (Norwich) 22 hours per week

We are looking for a motivated, resilient and experienced person to coordinate and deliver weekly Young Carers Groups, group activities and residential trips. You will support young people (aged 5 -16) by providing emotional support at group activities and help them to engage in activities to increase confidence and skills. You will have a lead role in planning and preparing for groups and activities, and be the central point of access for Young Carers groups. Use of car essential.

Young Carers Affected Others Support Worker (City and South) 15 hours per week

This post is employed by Norfolk Family Carers and seconded into The Matthew Project: Unity service. We are looking for a motivated, resilient and experienced person to support young people affected by drug and alcohol use. You will support young people (aged 5 to 19) by providing emotional and practical support through one to one sessions. Some group work is also involved. Relevant experience required for all positions. Use of car essential.
