Counselling

Caring for a relative or friend is not always easy.

Sometimes you may feel isolated and alone.

Sometimes it’s hard to share your feelings with anyone close to you.

We offer a counselling service that is confidential and non-judgmental. It is specifically for Carers aged 18+. A time set aside just for you, in a quiet and peaceful space, to talk about the emotional support you need in your caring role.

Our counsellors are on the Register of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.

We are located in the centre of Norwich and offer a minimum of six sessions. There is a charge for this service. However our aim is to make our service readily available to carers and we may be able to negotiate these charges in individual circumstances.

Contact us on 01603 219924 or email info@norfolkfamilycarers.org to arrange a free appointment to come and talk about your counselling needs.
