“It was really good to have someone contact me so quickly. The Adviser was so friendly and helpful that I immediately felt better.” – CC from South Norfolk, May 2018
Our full consultation gives you and your family a chance to talk through your situation with one of our experienced Care Support Advisers.
You will receive a follow up report with recommendations and all of the information you need to keep on top of your caring role.
“It felt like we finally had clarity. For someone external to come in and pick through the emotions of a very difficult situation and help us find a way forward was absolutely invaluable. If I, as someone who is competent, confident and strong-willed couldn’t get the help we needed from social care in our time of need – how will others who are less confident manage? I find that very scary for other people.” – Clare from Norwich, February 2018

We will talk to you on the phone to assess your eligibility to receive a benefit before arranging an appointment to help you to complete a form.
“Had I not been able to ask for your help, I would have abandoned the whole thing as going through the form seemed so difficult as to be not worth doing.” – Peter from Caister-on-Sea, November 2017
